July 29th, 2023 VA'ETCHANAN-Shabbat

We have just passed the forty day point of Bein Ham'tzarim (between the straits). It is over. Now we are in a seven week period of comfort. What do I say about that? Thank you ABBA (Elohim my Father). Everything about this Shabbat is comfort. Even the Haftarah portion. Especially the Haftarah portion. This is all so prophetic. In this portion, as Moses was close to death, he got to see physically, spiritually, and prophetically the land of Israel. He was not permitted to lead the Children of Israel into that land because he dishonored God by his anger a few years earlier. What he saw teaches us the whole plan of salvation for our lives. He was told to look in four directions and in the Hebrew this revelation comes forth. There is a glory and comfort coming to us on a level that no believer in Messiah has ever seen. This week's portion begins to reveal that to us. It is also a warning to us to remember where we came from when the glory comes. We are led by a ROAR of the Lion of Judah.
