Russian Holds Navy Day Parade In Saint Petersburg

Russia held its annual Navy Day parade at the Peter and Paul Fortress in St. Petersburg on July 30. Russian President Vladimir Putin, four African heads of state and representatives from five other countries, arrived and inspected the warships and soldiers. Putin said 30 ships of various types would be added to the Russian Navy this year.
