⭐⭐ Good morning, beautiful souls! Welcome to this invigorating and empowering morning wake-up yoga flow. Designed to warm up your muscles and awaken your body, this practice is perfect for yogis of all levels.

As we begin, we'll connect with our breath and set an intention for the day ahead. We'll then flow through a series of graceful and repetitive yoga exercises, allowing our bodies to awaken with each movement.
