Easy homemade pasta | Soft Spoken ASMR

Relaxing guide for a simple, easy and delicious homemade pasta recipe. No food processor needed.

Ingredients:
2 cups Flour plus more for flouring surfaces (about 1 extra cup)
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
3 Eggs
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Water (add more if needed)

Instructions:
1. Pour 2 cups of flour in a circle on a flat surface.
2. Add eggs, olive oil, salt and water.
3. Mix together into a ball of dough, Add more water if needed.
4. Flour the surface and kneed for 10 minutes.
5. Cut dough into 4 pieces.
6. Flour the surface around the pasta maker.
7. Set the pasta maker to the widest setting.
8. One by one, flatten a piece of dough into a rectangular shape and roll it through the pasta maker using the flat attachment.
9. Set the pasta maker to the next setting down and roll through again. Flour the surface again.
10. Continue rolling each piece of dough through until you reach the desired width. For reference, my pasta makers widest setting is 7 and I stopped at 4, so I rolled them each through 4 times.
11. Then add the spaghetti attachment to the pasta maker and roll through your flattened sheets of pasta.
11. Leave the spaghetti out to dry for about 15 minutes.
12. Put into storage containers. Store in the fridge for a couple of days or the freezer for a month.
13. To cook, boil water and put the pasta in for a few minutes, no need to defrost.
