SEC vs. Coinbase lawsuit, who do you think will come out on top?

Me? I say the SEC has a lose-lose scenario on their hands and will look stupid at the end of the day! Here's why

1) they lose the suit but look ridiculous for wasting all of the legal time in the first place
2) they win the suit but look ridiculous for letting Coinbase list publicly in the first place
