Occurred: January 12, 2016 / Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
Info from Licensor: "I woke up early and I noticed there was a heavy blizzard outside. It looked as though there was fog because it was so white and unclear. I watched the news to see what was going on and decided to start recording. I usually record the crazy weather patterns we have here in Winnipeg, just as a memory for myself. This is by far one of the worst blizzards i have seen in Winnipeg."
