Cookie Dough Protein Balls | ASMR Baking

Another cooking video for you guys, this time its some protein balls that taste like cookie dough! High protein, low sugar snacks.

1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup protein powder
1/3 cup coconut flour
1 & 1/2 Tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2-4 Tablespoons soy milk
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

1. To a large bowl, add the almond butter, protein powder, coconut flour, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of soy milk.
2. Stir until the mixture forms a dough that is soft enough to roll into balls, but not too sticky.
3. Add more coconut flour or milk as needed to get the right consistency.
4. Stir in the chocolate chips.
