Trump CAUGHT In His Own Web Of BS

Donald Trump gets very confused about who absolutely should be in jail and who absolutely shouldn’t when Fox News anchor Bret Baier asks him about his efforts on criminal justice reform during his time in office, as well as his new policy he'd like to impose of giving the death penalty to drug dealers.

Baier notes that Alice Johnson, one of the most notable incarcerated people Trump pardoned while in office, would most likely have been given the Death Penalty under Trump's new policy. Trump gets confused by this, and says that it wouldn't apply because you "...wouldn't go to the past."
