Share. Subscribe. The difference between brainwashing and mind-control is: with brainwashing you KNOW who's out to brainwash you (TV, radio, newspapers, schools, etc.). With mind-control you do not KNOW who doing this to you. Psych-Ops (Psychological-Operations) is mainly a military method used against their types of targets (politicians, kings, parliment members, etc.). It becomes complex and the basics show what at base is going on.
