Mysore Pak is a popular sweet dish that originated in the city of Mysore in the Indian state of Karnataka. It is made from a mixture of gram flour, sugar, and ghee. Here's a recipe to make Mysore Pak at home:

Ingredients:

1 cup gram flour (besan)
1 cup sugar
1 cup ghee
1/4 cup water
Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, add gram flour and sift it to remove any lumps.
In a heavy-bottomed pan, melt the ghee on low heat.
Add the sifted gram flour to the melted ghee and mix well to form a smooth paste.
Cook the mixture on low heat for about 8-10 minutes, stirring continuously to avoid burning or sticking to the pan.
In another pan, boil sugar and water together to form a syrup.
Once the sugar syrup reaches a one-string consistency, add it to the cooked gram flour and ghee mixture.
Stir the mixture vigorously to combine everything together.
Cook the mixture on low heat for another 5-7 minutes until it starts to leave the sides of the pan and turns golden brown.
Grease a plate with ghee and pour the cooked mixture into it.
Let it cool down for a few minutes and then cut it into desired shapes.
Your Mysore Pak is ready! Serve and enjoy this delicious sweet dish.
