A brilliant talk by one of Lincolnshire's leading authorities on Bomber Command. Filmed at Duxford in 2018, Sean takes us through the day-to-day life of a Bomber base - whether it be Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire or anywhere else and what it was like to be aircrew and ground crew. We also get a great insight into what it must have been like for the brave men of Bomber Command boarding Lancasters, Halifaxes, Wellingtons and such like night after night and what they faced.

Here is some additional info and great photos/artwork of FIDO (described at 30:25) in operation.
