Wolfgang Halbig and Kay Wilson have formed up; conspiring to push a WHOPPER! Despite the fact the State of Connecticut already conducted a hearing and found Halbig and Wilson DID receive the Dash Cam, and despite the fact they DID NOT appeal that ruling, and despite they fact Wolfgang has had posted a copy of the Sinko Dash Cams online, Wolfgang and Wilson claim they have not received Lt. Sinko's dash cam. For the love of money, they just might say or do anything. Let's fact check their claim and expose their despicable ruse.
