It’s not your day-to-day confusion... ...not one bred from conscious thought, nor one created from emotional devastation or mishandling. ...It’s not the one that you can understand from your own mind or another's. ...It is that confusion that confuses without thought... ...the one felt while discussing something important that you know so well yet can't seem to explain why you can't explain it anymore... ...While mental and emotional confusion can rise at any time and at any moment there’s at least a train of continuity that it can be traced back to source.
This confusion I speak of... ...this abyssal confusion... ...does not come from the mind or heart... ...it’s not even one that can be recognized by the mind or heart as it isn't human, it is the one that sickens the spirit once recognized... It’s one only the spirit can understand...
...That confusion that causes frustration 'from' frustration and not at the conversation... the time... nor the person it directs you towards. It creates a frustration that comes from the confusion itself because this misunderstanding is not something created within your own mind or from the words you hear. It was never something created from the human being but a thing created in void and without love... ...outside of humanity to torture it's soul.
We, vaguely, can grasp this... ...barely can we understand it as we are manipulated by it and it's creator... ...The Adversary... wishes us not to know them. It is why we can feel almost calm after the experience passes into yesterday.
We are usually told that when we stare into the abyss, the abyss stares back into at us... But it has no eyes to perceive us with... ...What we rarely understand is that the abyss is always trying to enter us through our mind, heart, and spirit.... ...It doesn’t care about the body so this has no bearing on the matter. We already know this to be true because the abyss always attempts to enter our minds every time we have a thought of something evil or something wrong... ...something that is not of us and immediately we know this as the void... ...the call of the void.... We never understand that the void doesn’t always call but sometimes just whispers. And this whisper is the Abyssal Confusion.
