This is what she has to say, My name is Amanda, I have been overweight since I was a teen and on/off antidepressants from the age of 12. This is my journey going from sick, morbidly obese and depressed to healthy doing a carnivorous life style. I've documented my ups, downs, failures and triumphs including the heart-wrenching loss of my most beloved dog. I share my insights that I have uncovered while on this journey all while pushing through the bog of shame and guilt I've placed on myself over the years to get out on the other side a happier and healthier human being. We are all a work in progress.
