"The Seven Team Steps To Building A Business Course" STEP 2. ACTION CHECKLIST AND COMPENSATION PLAN D
Review this very simple and focused checklist with your new member who has just joined could be the most important gift you, as a Leader, can offer them.
What is my personal Level of Commitment?
Have I written down my specific and necessary 90 day, 6 month, and 1 year goals?
Do I have a very detailed plan? How much time each and every day am I going to market to Realtors, Appraisers, Mortgage Brokers, Vendors, Travel Planners, Money Lenders, Solar Power Advocates, as examples, friends, family and people in my direct circle of influence.
Do I follow up with people in the Process in a timely manner to consistently make sure they complete the required steps? I realize that if I don’t I am showing people that I am not serious about my business.
At the end of each day do I track my daily progress? Do I plan what I am going to do the next day?
Am I willing to be in on the Company Conference Calls?
Have I memorized an exciting uniquely individual and personal One Minute Commercial to explain our business model and how it works in detail?
Have I ordered my business cards. and are the front and back of them filled with focused message content?
Giving your new people these, “Duplication Steps” is important for several reasons:
It helps your new Individual Business Owners (IBO’s) know what to do immediately upon entering the business.
It allows you to determine how serious IBO’s are about their business.
It gives IBO’s purposeful direction and creates an ongoing cycle of focus, action, and results for your Team and their future Team.
Results Philosophy:
When you truly believe in something, and it’s in your heart, you will do whatever it takes and never give or accept excuses, only results and this is an important focus to develop and maintain because it enables us to focus on the target and subsequently the bullseye. Let us constantly refine our vision in order to achieve the greatest clarity and alignment that is possible.
Attitudes are very contagious and you want members and those around us to catch them fast
You will never find time for anything. If you want time, you must make it. Be assured that you’ll always have time for what’s on the top of your list.
The greatest thing is, at any moment, to be willing to give up who we are in order to become all that we can become.
