Woman in Colorado patrol car hit by train: Officer guilty on two counts, not guilty on felony charge

A Fort Lupton police officer who left an arrested woman in a patrol vehicle that was struck by a train has been found not guilty on a felony charge, guilty of reckless endangerment, third-degree assault.
