10-96 Part IV-B- Indicators 4 & 5 of Obstruction of Justice & the Grand Jury Hoax

Continues to present evidence that the Former Berkeley County, WV Prosecuting Attorney, Pamela Games Neely, wrote a false "official" Letter to the victim of a Felony Crime, and pulled off a GRAND JURY HOAX, Comitting Corrupt Acts, Absuing her Office and Obstructing Justice- The AUDIO @ the End of this Video is a clip from my Security System- You can hear a TARP being handled, a female say "watch her", & you hear the sound of persons walking on the gravel of the driveway-you hear, the sound of keys going into the trunk of the car. a male then says- "Watch your head Neda" (Anita)-then a gasp for air. The audio of the male is distorted and hard to hear, the rest is not.
