Why I Train in the Morning

3️⃣ Find an Accountability Partner: Partner up with a friend or join a fitness group to stay motivated and hold each other accountable.
Forming a habit takes time and commitment. Don’t be too hard on yourself if you miss a day. Just get back on track and keep going! Consistency is key. 💯
