Pierce leaves his quarters, confers with aides, and meets Gen. O'Ryan. Ger. prisoners bring U.S. wounded into Ronssoy. 27th Div. troops take baths in a rear area camp. Shows U.S. hdqrs. at Raincheval. 106th Inf. troops attend religious services. Dead are buried at Duncan Post. 107th Inf. troops board trucks for rest camps. 105th and 108th Inf. troops return to Ronssoy.
