A second documentary called "Birth of Civilization" (2008) does specifically detail the history concerning the incorporation of religion into the real-life Babylon system, and the collusion between religious priesthood and government. Religion and religious leaders (whatever their form) play a key role in the Babylon system. They do this by claiming to impute legitimacy to the government; and also seek to reinforce their congealed power, by taking credit for anything beneficial that happens to the exploited population, while claiming to protect them from imaginary cosmic threats (eclipses, global warming, plagues, Ebola, asteroids, etc. etc.).

Naturally and expectedly, the entire combined Babylon system constantly seeks to obscure, obstruct, displace, or deny the real Spirit of the Creator - which is anathema to all of its purposes and existence. Therefore, the Babylon religious leaders and priesthood, attempt to serve as a substitute or as impostor intermediaries, for God and otherwise freely available contact with Spirit. That is why the religious components of the Babylon system are manifold and necessary, fraudulent though they all are, for preservation of the Babylon government. Nevertheless, when unmediated contact and communication with God through his Spirit become widespread, both religious and governmental Babylon will be doomed.
