2 DISRESPECTFUL comparisons

Here are two football comparisons that are classed, outright, as disrespectful.
The first, Darwin Nunes vs Erling Haaland

After being bought by respective Premier League powerhouses Manchester City and Liverpool in 2022 Comparisons began to surface with the two forwards. The season ended with Haaland as top sorcerer with 36 goals and Nunes with just 9.

Therefore, it appeared unfair to compare Haaland's talent with that of Nunes.
Second, Marcus Rashford vs Kylian Mbappe
People dared compare Mbappe and Rashford in their early days.
Despite the fact that Rashford is a great player in his own right. The skills Mbappe possesses are quite different.

After a while, the comparison vanished as it became clear that they are not on the same level.
However, such a comparison ought to have never been made in the first place.
