The machines are set to allow players to win Ten percent of the time while the other ninety percent of the time they are loosing . In typical Tate style the casino is a scam . When the Romanian police raised the Las Vegas casinos , they found guns five hundred thousand euros , and cocaine . The lead investigator also said that when patrons finally won that mafia members who worked in the Las Vegas casinos would beat and rob the patrons !
