Frozen Kitty Gets A Second Chance At Life

On a cold winter day when the temperature outside was -30 degrees Celsius, this couple found a cat that was frozen to the ground and immediately took some action, to save this little guy's life. The event occurred on November 21, 2016 in Zlatoust, Chelyabinsk, Russia.

An old English proverb states "A cat has nine lives. For three he plays, for three he strays, and for the last three he stays".

However, cats don't really have nine lives. The main reason why cats got this reputation for reincarnation is their ability to jump and land. They climb high trees, run in front of cars and jump from high places, and yet they do it so well and nonetheless manage to survive.

Cats are good at surviving indeed. This cat is the living proof of that. The weather outside is freezing, and this cat has been stuck in the snow for hours, but its heart is still beating and it still has that mysterious poker face on, like all of its moves were planned ahead.

This couple saved this cat's life, at least one of them, by using hot water to defrost cat's foot which was stuck and completely frozen. They proceeded with caution, in order not to break cat’s leg. Next, they gently picked up the cat from the ice and wrapped it around in warm, cozy blanket. Now this rescue cat is their beloved pet. Have you ever saved a life?
