The White River is known as one of the best brown trout fisheries in the world. In fact Cotter, Arkansas is known as the "Trout Capital of the USA" as thousands of people a year flock to the various rivers in the area in search of a trophy sized brown trout. The world record brown trout has even been broken twice in Arkansas, although the record is currently held in New Zealand.

In Part 4 of "TROUT CAPITAL OF THE USA" my brother and I chase after world class brown trout with huge streamers. We had high hopes for the 5th day of our trip because it seemed as though the weather and good flows had lined up into one. Unfortunately the fish didn't read the script and the brown trout were nowhere to be seen. I was able to catch a large rainbow trout coming in at over 20 inches, although the fish had definitely seen better days. This video continued into day 6 just because of how tough the fishing was on day 5 as we fished with spinners for anything that would bite. We caught several fish and I was even able to catch a tiger trout at night!!
