Vlog 15 July 2023 | Touring another house in the Casteleon development of Leon, Nicaragua. This one is even smaller, but cheaper than the last. But it has unfinished walls and an open ceiling. There is no way to put in air conditioning / AC so you are stuck with fresh air cooling, but it is very efficient for that. Safe, tranquil neighborhood with parking sufficient for two cars.
