Boeing announces $1 million in diversity scholarships to attract new minority pilots

Aircraft industry giant Boeing announced Tuesday a nearly $1 million donation in scholarship funds to attract new pilots with a minority background. Boeing said the scholarship money will go to organizations across the country targeted at women, Latino, black, and minority students.
