Epic Battle Fantasy 4 (PC) - Epic Mode - Part 31: Praetorian Mk.II Superboss Fight (All Challenges)

As we continue our ascent up Battle Mountain, we now encounter the third of the area's Superbosses, the Praetorian Mk.II! This stronger version of the Praetorian uses Dark attacks, so get some resistance to that before going in. This boss has ridiculously high Evasion, so you'll want to Bind it first and then inflict Tired status upon it to keep its Evasion down. It's also vulnerable to Weaken and Curse, so keep the Debuff Trifecta on as much as possible, and be sure to Dispel it when it buffs itself. This boss also summons a new minion that also has high Evasion and can charge up a laser attack that can one-shot a party member and can be re-summoned by the boss.

After taking down the Praetorian Mk.II, you come across a complex switch puzzle, followed by a screen that resembles Graybone Cemetery with another monster marathon. You need the Ladder from Goldenbrick Resort to progress further up Battle Mountain from this point.
