About 100 whales beached in Australia, half of them fatally

In never-before-seen behavior, a pod of nearly 100 pilot whales grouped together to beach themselves on Cheynes beach in Western Australia. Rescuers managed to save only half of them, leaving around 50 dead on the beach.
