The Golden Pixie made a lovely dinner with some of the produce coming from the Pixies Potager...
She was very excited to make this dish for everyone else... a point she made several times throughout our cooking.
Everyone who ate her meal announced how delicious it was...
and it definitely was that!
Because the pixie comes from a long line of cooks who create food by feel and taste, she is learning this tradition herself...and she's pretty good at it.
Luckily, this dish is one that needs no real firm measurements and can be put together to meet the preference of the chef!
