China condemning the 'irresponsible transfer of cluster munitions' to the Ukrainian army

China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson, Mao Ning, has called for the safety of journalists and civilians in Ukraine while condemning the 'irresponsible transfer of cluster munitions' to the Ukrainian army.
