Enclosing free range geese for nesting season for protection against predators

The geese are mating. It’s late winter. They need to be locked up so they nest within a protected enclosure. The enclosure is not finished but at least they can start laying in the enclosure.
The issue with free range bird farming is they need to have nesting places that are protected from predators because a nesting bird is sitting prey from foxes and goannas.
Foxes are problematic all year around. Goannas and snakes are not a problem in winter but at their peak in summer and on the hot days.
