LIVE TRIAL: Taylor Schabusiness (Day 3). ATTORNEY REACTS "Did She EAT Him???"

Day 2 Had a wild finish as the State's witness who searched Taylor's phone claimed that she searched Jeffrey Dahmer, a meme about Dahmer called "Jeff Boyardee", Satanism and the KKK. This prompted Defense to move for a mistrial based on the prejudicial nature of the testimony. The Court denied the motion and will allow the State to publish to the jury evidence related to Dahmer but not Satanism. (There was no discussion about the brief mention of the KKK, but that may be revisited in the morning.)

Reportedly, Taylor made some wild statements to the police including "I can't believe I left the head!" Her statements are expected to be played to the jury. Is TODAY the day we finally watch the police interrogation of the Defendant???

Taylor Schabusiness pled "Not Guilty By Reason Of Insanity" to the Murder, Sodomy and Mutilation of her boyfriend Shad Thyrion.

The State of Wisconsin claims Taylor Schabusiness murdered her boyfriend, Shad. Then she allegedly sodomized the corpse for hours, dismembered him and left his head in a bucket for the decedent's mother to find. She allegedly made several confessions and showed no remorse. Shabusiness is expected to plead "Not Guilty by reason of insanity."

On Day 1, we heard from Shad's mother who found Shad's head, as well as her boyfriend and a bevy of police and investigators who reported to the scene and/or collected evidence. Today is Day 2.
