McCarthy says further unraveling of Biden scandals could lead to impeachment

U.S. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) suggested that House Republicans may be approaching the point where they’d pursue an impeachment investigation into President Joe Biden. The California Republican's hints at impeaching Biden come after a series of scandals committed by the Biden administration and family have come to light. McCarthy clarifies his comments when approached by reporters stating: “The more this continues to unravel, it rises to the level of an impeachment inquiry. . . What that simply provides is that the American public has a right to know, and this allows Congress to get the information to be able to know the truth.”
