Welcome to the July ZRacing Monthly Series! Racing Score is here! Starting July 3, all Beach Party ZMonthy Racing Events will count towards your Racing Score progression. Jump into these races and see how your Racing Score changes. With events on all week at regular intervals throughout July, there are many opportunities to race again, to perfect and improve your score! The temperature is rising, and it’s time to hit the beach! Join us for a Beach Party during July’s ZRacing Series. Stage 4 kicks off July 24 with a lap around the Turf N Surf route. Experience the vibrant energy of Neokyo as you start the race, then explore the scenic countryside and the mesmerizing coastline before zooming back to the city.

The ZRacing Monthly Series features weekly events with a general classification (GC) that resets every month—so race your way onto the leaderboards! Complete all 4 stages to earn yourself the “Beach Party” badge.

Category enforcement will place you in a race category with riders of similar ability for these events. Find more info about category enforcement below.

We love PowerUps and what they bring to racing. Use them as part of your race strategy or simply for a little bit of assistance when needed! For this event, the PowerUps are:

Ghost
Feather

BEACH PARTY GC
Compete in all 4 races during July as a general classification (GC) challenge, and shoot for your best combined time over the month! You can improve your time for any event by racing it more than once. Only your best time will count towards your overall standing.

WHAT IS CATEGORY ENFORCEMENT?
Category enforcement prevents Zwifters from entering a category they are not eligible for. Our goal is to increase fairness in racing. Find more information about it here.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Zwift checks a racer's past performance using VO2max, MAP value, and FTP to determine their race category. Racers can join a category at or above their category. For example, if you are in the "C" category, you can race in C, B, or A category. But you can’t race in the D category.

Please note: For your results to show up in ZwiftPower you must use a heart rate monitor (HRM) and be riding on a smart trainer, smart bike, or using a power meter.

Make sure you check out zwift.com/racing for more information on how you can take part in other events offered by Zwift and the community to have a great racing experience.
