Why the NEED to get Gene Altering tech into Human Biology

Why are a group of global parasitic people who control health through BIG PHARMA and food production so desperate to get mRNA technology into human biology? When Noah Harari said, 'human biology is now hackable', what did he mean? Due to mRNA technological injectables? The same technology being injected into food and cattle?

There are so many questions around this for me. No answers, only perceptions. It feels like there is a rush to get the DNA of the global populace of men and women altered. Is it so that we cannot evolve? Are there dormant strands of DNA being awakened by cosmic rays as we pass into another Yuga cycle? Are the real masters of the simulation wanting their slaves to be only two stranded rather than an awakening and powerful mass that will break free of their proposed technological prison? Are they wanting to give us a technological 'death sentence' or 'expiry date device' that can be used when we no longer 'obey'?

So many questions... no answers...
