Gouveia: 5-9 Kari Lake filing alleges Maricopa falsified tabulator certification and lied about it

Robert Gouveia on Count II concerning Logic & Accuracy testing and certification. Lake was filing for relief from previous judgement dismissing her complaint. This was before the signatures trial/Count III (May 17-19).

So there's the signature issue and the tabulator certification issue. Donofrio analysis of both is gold IMO. I've got another Spaces from him coming up, trial arguments and testimonies and analysis of the "fake electors". Donofrio thinks Hobbs' EPM allowed this and the ARS gives her (and Gov Ducey, who signed off on it) the power to write it in. Some of the problems we're seeing were written into law IMO by design. The laws themselves are a problem, which follows from the lawmakers.
