Phil and Liz discuss the Women's Self-Defense Workshop sponsored by The Range last Thursday at Gracie Barra Jiu-Jitsu West County. Women learned how to practice situational awareness and learned how to fend off attacks. This lead to more topics such as EDC options and other training options coming soon at The Range.
