Damaged Moscow high-rise buidling after 'Ukrainian drone attack'

On Telegram, the following statement accompanied the video:
"On the morning of 24 July, an attempt by the Kiev regime to carry out a terrorist attack by two unmanned aerial vehicles against facilities in Moscow was foiled.

Two Ukrainian UAVs were suppressed by means of electronic warfare and crashed.

There were no casualties as a result of the foiled terrorist attack.

The first video shows a high-rise building on Likhacheva Street, which could have been hit by a drone.

The loud sounds were reported by residents of the centre and south of the capital. According to them at about 4 the first explosion sounded, then smoke rose.

And another one is a building on Komsomolsky Prospekt in the capital - fragments, presumably of a drone, were found near it. In the building some broken glass are observed, the cars of the police and ambulance are near."
