A movement down in Texas to get counties to add their input into the debate over TEXIT may open the door for a discussion on the way the representation system in America has been utterly corrupted thanks to two appalling Supreme Court decisions from the 1960s, namely Reynolds vs Sims and Wesberry vs Sanders. What is the current problem with America’s representation system? Why do we need to have a debate about changing it?
