‘Louiseiology’ Celebrates 50 Poems & Shares ‘The Test’

[Reflective & Contemplative Poem Collection] -
This production [being uploaded 23rd July 2023] is a celebration of works completed in six months. I did not imagine that this could be the case …. it both surprises and delights me …. what a journey!!

‘Louiseiology' Celebrates marks six months of learning and endeavour as a solo creator [23rd January to 22nd July 2023] … It has been very demanding and also very addictive and personally rewarding. As I wrote in another creation … “Who would have thunk I had it in me”!!!. With that in mind, I would comment that each of us can achieve much more than we may allow ourselves imagine – and also – that it is important to self-acknowledge as we do so, xxL.

This 'Louiseiology' Celebration is a combination piece - sharing the frameworks created for my productions and another poem – called “The Test”, which gives a little overview of the process and some of the learning curves on the journey …. it was written on 5th March 2023.

I am often amused by how some of the wording, music, images and numbers synchronise and lend another bit of ‘skit’ to the whole thing … God certainly has a hand in this … in my experience He has a wicked sense of humour! I hope you enjoy watching and celebrating with me.

Poem Wording:-

The Test

Always had a love of words …
Their meaning, their strength.
It was just one of those things.
Didn’t much use a dictionary
Just liked the sounds, knew the vibes ..
When they were given voice.

All a choice, to be fierce or calm
To offer hardship in story, or a balm.

Some people they are like a clam
Keep them inside, yet
I’d say their thoughts do scramble.
But their ears do hear and their eyes do see.
Much the same as you and me!
Anyhow, just a little aside pre-amble!

On to the point …!

I have now been given ‘voice’.
To add power to ‘the words’, of God’s choice.
They stream forth from Him …
Through pen to paper.
And my new task? The Test?
Get them out from paper, into the vapour.

They are strong, these words, they have zeal.
Many are even quite sassy!
While other are all soft and gentle!
I suppose in some ways they are
Fitting for this, once called ‘eccentric’ lassy!!

The test has been given …
Stage One - words onto paper.
Stage Two – on into voice.
Stage Three - find, learn skills in
social media and platforms to use.
Stage Four – Dress them up with visuals.
Stage Five – put them up, give them airing.
Stage Six - A day for rest or reflection …
A little healing, perhaps some more revealing.
God works the Public Relations best!!
Stage Seven – Catch up with some writing,
Typing and filing. The paperwork ongoing …
Is surely a test in itself!

Then repeat!!! Define and refine.
Try and improve as you go on learning!!

‘Dear God – am I passing the test’?!
“Child, no worries, you’re doing as tasked.
You’re giving it your best!
I Will do the rest”

The intensity now, 11 weeks or so in …
A hundred plus poems written.
(since Believe to Receive 19-12-22)
I just want to play and relax like a kitten.

I think I could be living in some other dimension.
(Did this start on the feast of the Immaculate Conception?!!)
A word warrior – with mission …
Seeking to enlighten and awaken all out of submission!

My God – ‘you have me working hard’.
‘It’s been overwhelming’.
“Sure, amn’t turning you into a proper Bard”!
‘Oh, you sure make me chuckle hard’
‘You, my God, are a cad!’

Up you get and onwards driven
I’m being chauffeured now …
On towards next mission ………….
And God says
“Sure, AMn’t I guiding you through it!!”
You know, I think He may be a bit Irish
He’s smirking now as I write that down.
Definitely, a crooked grin, a gleam in the eye.
Jees …. Is that some red hair I see on his chin?!

It’s OK guys – he assures me with laughter –
What I said in the conversation was no sin!

Definitely feckin’ Irish!!
An answer for everything!!

“Yes!”, he says … and he wants more folk
To chat and to question ….
That is the present penultimate test!
