India monsoon: Death toll in Maharashtra landslide rises to 26

A landslide triggered by heavy rains at a village in India’s western Maharashtra state has killed at least 26 people on Saturday, with many others feared trapped under piles of debris.
The landslide occurred on Thursday night in the remote mountain hamlet of Irshalwadi, about 60 km (37 miles) from Mumbai, flattening several houses.
