Chocolate chip cookie apple pie

Just when you thought apple pie couldn't get any better, we added chocolate chip cookies. You might be surprised, but chocolate chips and apple pie go so well together. We topped it all off with vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, whipped cream and delicious rainbow sprinkles. We felt like kids eating this yummy cookie pie... Nostalgia overload in the best way.
