An open conversation about Giants in the Earth Texts and Our Past vs What has Material Support

We have all been told the stories that the Greeks and Romans and Early AD Christians etc are not rooted in fact. There were no Giants and no Dragons and no Gods or battles in the Heavens is what we were told but why did 100% of cultures record these things???
