EASY WEEKNIGHT DINNERS WINNER DINNERS QUICK IDEAS | NO. 111

This week's meals were a HUGE hit and shocked us, quite honestly. I hope these help you meal plan your family dinners over the next week! I know we will be making these again at our house! They were all easy, quick and delicious!!!

SWEDISH MEATBALLS
1 lb- Ground Beef
1/2 cup milk
1 cup breadcrumbs
(I season my ground beef with salt and pepper)
Mix and form meatballs

Sauce- (Doubled recipe below ) I double the recipe so I can serve it over rice.

1 tsp- salt
1 tsp- pepper
1 tbsp - Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup - vinegar
1 cup- diced onion
1 cup- diced green pepper
1 cup- ketchup
1 cup- water
1 tbsp- sugar

Mix and pour over meatballs.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 min

Serve with rice. (Which is what I do but I have also served over mashed potatoes)
