Colorado district attorney releases opinion in death investigation of man struck on I-25

A Larimer County Sheriff's Office deputy used a Taser on Brent Thompson when he fled a traffic stop in February. The Eighth Judicial District Attorney concluded the deputy is not criminally culpable.
