Our earthly design with its northern and southern hemispheres/fields with its tropical gap replicates the two capacitor plates and the dielectric gap we know in science, or the EMI created by the gap, like in a Rotor and Stator situation, which would feed back into the central strong magnetic confinement zone, the center north vortex where the plasma is created, like a Tokamak reactor- that works ??
