Bipolar? Yes I am.

20 years ago, I was diagnosed as depressive seasonal bipolar, but I have been having depressive and hypomanic episodes for the last 32 years.
This channel's goal is to told in the first person, may help to better understand how I am living with this diagnosis and how it affects the people around me.
