Major Trump Trial UPDATE

Florida Judge Aileen Cannon has just announced the trial date in the classified documents case against former President Donald Trump, and it happens to begin – not surprisingly – right when voters are prepared to head to the polls in the presidential primaries.
Now bear in mind that these dates are fungible. It’s possible this date could still change. But as of this moment, the Florida trial is scheduled to get underway on May 20, 2024, right in the middle of primary season, and just six months before the presidential election.
And this is only one of potentially three trials looming over President Trump’s head right now. As we’ve told you, Trump was also indicted by Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg for alleged business fraud.
And we just recently reported that Trump himself announced he’s received a target letter from Special Counsel Jack Smith, claiming he is the focus of a grand jury investigation into the events of January 6, 2021.
You may like Donald Trump, you may hate him, but if anyone doubts that there’s a concerted effort to distract voters or destroy the chances of Donald Trump to reclaim the White House in 2024, you’re really not paying attention. We’re seeing the full force of the federal government coming down against him, using every arrow in its quiver to stop him from even gaining the Republican nomination, let alone squaring off against President Joe Biden in what would be the rematch of the century.
Today’s full Sekulow broadcast includes further analysis of the judge’s decision to set the trial at what will be an inopportune time for President Trump’s campaign. We’re also joined by ACLJ Senior Advisor for National Security and Foreign Policy, and former U.S. Acting Director for National Intelligence under President Trump, Ric Grenell to share not only his reactions to the trial announcement, but to recent House testimony related to Deep State interference in the investigation of President Joe Biden and his son Hunter.
