Throat Chakra Singing Bowl 22mins Healing Meditation

Welcome to our Third video in the Charka Series.
We move onto the Throat Charka. This chakra is located in the center of your neck, parallel to your thyroid glands. Now take a minute and allow the sounds of the singing bowls to calm your mind. As you follow the tones, allow your mind to relax. Take three deep breaths in and slowly three out. Focus on a light blue orb spinning like a top. In the video, we have placed our chakra in the center of two rushing waterfalls. I find the energy in this chakra so mutable. In this chakra, you are asked to vocalize your clear visions of who you are and where you want to go. Be confident when speaking, and do not hold back. Let your voice be clear and pure. Clean like the water. Speak your vision, your truth. Declutter your mind, ears, and other senses of anything that does not serve you.
