Texas DPS Recovers 2 CHILDREN from Human Smuggler at Traffic Stop

The Texas Department of Public Safety recovered 2 CHILDREN from an illegal immigrant human smuggler at traffic stop in Kinney County, TX. Five other illegal immigrants, as well as the two children, were referred to Border Patrol.
